Customizing private offers in marketplace

How customizable are the private offer contracts transacted through the marketplace? Do we need to provide standard language, or can it be changed on a case-by-case basis?

Private offers can adjust their prices per customer as well as their billing terms (regarding timeline of availability). Additionally, you can add custom terms and conditions, and this can be uploaded per private offer which will be per customer.
