Updating offer's marketing materials

How to resolve being unable to go into the marketplace offers workspace in partner center to edit my marketing materials?

Kindly connect with the owner of the account to assign you as Manager/Developer role and ask them to follow the below mentioned steps:
 

  • On the top right-hand corner of the account, click the settings icon.
  • Select “Account settings.”
  • In the middle of the page, select “User management.”
  • Select the user profile
  • Scroll down the bottom of the user profile until you reach “Roles applicable to developer programs.”
  • Select either “Manager” or “Developer.”
  • Click “Update.”

You should now be able to access the marketplace offers workspace and edit your offer material.
